1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed for shipment, cancellation is not possible.

After Dispatch:
Once your product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return or exchange after delivery.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Wrong product delivered (size, design, or color doesn’t match your order).

  • Product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping.

Refunds will NOT be given for:

  • Change of mind or wrong size selection.

  • Minor variations in color, print, or texture due to fabric or photography.

  • Sale or clearance items unless defective or damaged.

Eligibility for Refund / Return:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Contact Customer Care within 5 business days of delivery for any refund or return request. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are not applicable if delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address. Reshipping charges will apply.

  • For international orders, refunds are not provided if duties are refused or the order is not collected from the courier.

Refund / Return Process:

  1. Check Your Product: Record an unboxing video or photos immediately after delivery.

  2. Contact Customer Care: Send your concern along with proof within 48 hours of noticing the issue.

  3. Assessment: Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

  4. Return / Exchange: If approved, a return or exchange will be offered first. If the same product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

  5. Return Shipping: Bugs & Bulls will cover shipping costs for all eligible returns and exchanges.

  6. Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after receiving the product in original condition.

 


 



3. Return & Exchange Policy

At Bugs & Bulls, we want you to love your purchase. Here’s a guide to returns and exchanges for t-shirts and apparel.

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Original purchased products can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Sale or clearance items unless defective.

  • Freebies or promotional gifts included with your order (e.g., headbands, sling bags) cannot be kept if you return the main product. They must be returned along with the purchased item. Failure to return the freebie will make the refund ineligible.

Example: If you buy a t-shirt that comes with a free headband and return the t-shirt:

  • You must return the headband along with the t-shirt to receive a refund.

  • If the headband is not returned, the refund for the t-shirt will not be processed.

 


 

Bulk Orders

  • Each item in a bulk purchase is treated individually.

  • Customers may return or exchange any number of eligible items within 5 days.

  • Freebies included with bulk orders must also be returned with the purchased items to qualify for a refund.

  • Bugs & Bulls covers return shipping for all eligible items.

  • To reduce shipping costs, we recommend returning multiple items in one shipment if possible.

Example: If you buy 5 t-shirts and receive 2 free headbands:

  • You can return any of the t-shirts → Bugs & Bulls covers return shipping.

  • Free headbands must also be returned; failure to return them will invalidate the refund.

  • Refunds are issued only for the t-shirts returned with the freebies.

 


 

How to Return

  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any freebies.

  3. Ship the Return: Bugs & Bulls will arrange pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.

 


 

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or damage, only a partial refund may be issued.

 


 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 5 days for eligible products.

  • Freebies or promotional gifts must also be returned with the exchanged item.

  • Sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.

  • Bugs & Bulls covers return shipping for all exchanges.

 


 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bugsnbulls25@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

  • Bugs & Bulls will send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.

  • Shipping costs for replacements of damaged or defective items are fully covered.
